DELIVERY TIMELINES

Delivery timelines begin after the final shoot date and receipt of all required assets and approvals. Turnaround times listed in each package reflect business days and assume timely client feedback at each stage.

CLIENT-SIDE DELAYS

Delays in client feedback, asset delivery, or approvals may extend the delivery timeline. Fifty5 Films will communicate any impact to the schedule promptly. Extended delays beyond 14 business days may require project rescheduling and could incur additional fees.

PRODUCER-SIDE DELAYS

In the rare event of a delay on our end due to unforeseen circumstances, Fifty5 Films will communicate immediately and provide a revised timeline. If a delay exceeds the original turnaround window, rush delivery will be applied at no additional cost to the client.

DELIVERABLES

All final deliverables are provided digitally via secure file transfer, optimized for the platforms specified in your package. Files are retained for 30 days after final delivery unless extended archival is purchased. Raw footage is not included unless purchased separately.

FULL-SERVICE PRICING

All pricing reflects full-service production — cinematography, lighting, audio, editing, color grading, sound design, licensed music, and final delivery. There are no hidden fees. What you see is what you get, and every dollar goes toward telling your story the right way.

MISSED CREATIVE DIRECTION MEETINGS

Creative Direction Meetings are essential to the production process. A $250 fee is charged for any no-show or cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled meeting. This policy ensures that production timelines stay on track and that both parties are fully committed to the creative process.
